Epoxy Floor Preparation and Coating Process

• Abrade or etch the floor to accept the new coatings
• Vacuum all debris from
• Scrape and remove any loose area of concrete
• Prime all floor surfaces to be coated
• Fill and repair damaged areas
• Grind repaired areas smooth
• Apply epoxy coating to floor
• Broadcast aggregate texture or flakes
• Knock-down and vacuum loose flakes
• Apply final clear top coat
